Anonymous asked: Is there a reason for having a c-section rather than a natural birth?

There are medical reasons to why we are having a c-section. I would have rather had a natural birth, seen as I wouldn’t want to put myself through a unneeded surgery. I am okay with the decision to do a section though if it means that me and baby have a better chance of being healthy afterwards. I didn’t see the point in risking me and baby’s health just to have a natural birth. There are so many performed now too, that I’m not against doing what the doctors think are best.
